Mesolithic Reconstruction

Summer 2013

As part of the exhibition ‘Footprints in the Landscape’ for East Lothian Council at the John Gray Centre in Haddington I was asked to provide a reconstruction drawing showing the Mesolithic house discovered at Barns Ness.

I showed a family engaged in various everyday activities that would have occurred at just such a coastal settlement during this period.
